Before your supplier ships

Share these steps with your supplier before goods leave the factory — they keep your cargo moving without delay at our consolidation warehouse.

1. Pre-alert our warehouse team

Suppliers must contact us before sending goods to our warehouse, so we can verify everything is in order before it arrives.

2. Send your invoice

Send us your supplier invoice for export documentation — we need this on file before we can clear and consolidate your shipment.

3. Declare fragile & dangerous goods

Fragile items and dangerous goods must be flagged prior to delivery. DG cargo is received at a separate, compliant warehouse.

4. Label every box with your shipping mark

Every box needs your company name, entry number and total package count on our shipping mark format. Unmarked boxes are rejected at the warehouse door. Generate your shipping mark →
