Terms & Conditions

1. Consignment & Liability

All cargo is accepted for carriage subject to these terms. Maldives Freight Solutions (MFS) acts as a freight forwarder and consolidator between the origin warehouse and the Maldives.

2. Customs Duty & Charges

Shipments are imported under MFS's business consignee code. Applicable Maldives Customs Duty and/or Customs Revenue Charges must be settled before cargo is released to the consignee.

3. Payment

Freight charges are due prior to release of cargo from our warehouse, unless a credit arrangement has been agreed in writing.

4. Prohibited & Restricted Items

Customers must declare cargo contents accurately. MFS reserves the right to refuse cargo that is prohibited under Maldives Customs regulations.
